Brett Lichty’s executive search career spans twenty years and includes varied experience in industries such as not-for-profit, association, service, financial, insurance, manufacturing, consulting and health care. He has developed particular expertise in structuring and leading the search process, including research, sourcing and development of candidates. He served as Director of the search practice for Ernst & Whinney. In 1985 he helped found the Chicago Search Group, Inc. Under his leadership, as the first President, the firm’s revenue quadrupled in five years placing it in the top twenty of search firms nationally and second largest in Chicago. Mr. Lichty has assisted clients with search assignments for technical professionals, middle and senior management, President and member of the Board. Mr. Lichty is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute, serves on the SRACLC Foundation, and most recently served (for over ten years) on the Steering Committee for the Sports Celebrity Banquet, the signature event of the Jacob Wetterling Foundation. |
