Mr. Kutnick is a partner at Carrington, Coleman. His practice consists of a wide range of business litigation matters in both state and federal court, with a particular emphasis on appellate law and professional liability issues. He has also worked on significant litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels, involving contract disputes, business torts, legal malpractice claims, technology-related disputes, employment practices, and directors and officers' liability. At the trial level, Mr. Kutnick has successfully tried and obtained verdicts for his clients in cases spanning from real estate fraud to sexual harassment to negligence. He has also obtained summary judgments in a number of noteworthy legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty cases. At the appellate level, Mr. Kutnick has extensive experience in direct appeals to the Texas appellate courts, the Texas Supreme Court, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
