Brett N. Watkins, based in the Washington, DC office, joined Kenyon & Kenyon as an associate in the Fall of 2006 after working as a summer associate at the firm in 2005. His practice focuses on patent litigation and counseling in the area of electrical and computer engineering and also covers trademark and unfair competition litigation.
Prior to joining Kenyon & Kenyon, Mr. Watkins worked as a research assistant at the United States Department of State, Office of the Legal Advisor. Mr. Watkins received a B.S. in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. |
