Mr. Rosen concentrates his practice on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications related to the Mechanical and Electrical arts. Mr. Rosen, a registered U.S. Patent Agent, contributes nearly a decade of Mechanical Engineering experience and is presently studying for a Juris Doctorate at Temple University's Beasley School of Law in the evenings where his studies are focused on intellectual property. His primary responsibilities include the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a variety of technical areas including, but not limited to, medical devices, automotive technology, fluid treatment systems, optical devices, electronics, biomechanical devices, textiles, and consumer goods. His practice ranges from individual inventors to multi-national corporations. Mr. Rosen focuses his efforts on understanding the goals of a client first, and developing a prudent strategy to either meet or exceed those goals. Prior to joining RatnerPrestia, Mr. Rosen gained industry experience as a Senior Design Engineer for Motorola's Broadband Communications Sector (BCS) designing broadband network transmission equipment. As a member of several product design teams, Mr. Rosen acquired valuable experience in the Mechanical, Electrical and Optical Engineering disciplines. Additionally, while employed at Motorola, Mr. Rosen was awarded two utility patents in the field of opto-mechanical engineering. Mr. Rosen received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and his M.B.A. with a Finance Concentration from Villanova University. He is a registered Patent Agent admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Rosen is a member of RatnerPrestia's Mechanical / Biomedical Devices. |
