Brett D. Koeller is an Associate of the Firm's Corporate Practice Group. Brett's practice focuses primarily on buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, corporate debt and equity financings, corporate governance matters and general coporate concerns, including manufacturing, supply, customer and distribution arrangements. Brett also has experience helping privately-held companies transition ownership to younger generations and management.
