Brett is a partner in the business law department. Brett focuses his practice on private equity and mezzanine finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law matters. Prior to attending law school, Brett worked as an analyst in the Human Resources Department of McKesson General Medical, a national medical supply distributor based in Richmond, Va.
