With more than 15 years of international experience, including more than ten years in a variety of senior level global management roles, Mr. Richter brings a proven track record in developing advanced technology solutions in support of core strategic business objectives. His expertise includes directing multi-million dollar technology programs, research and development, technology assessment and acquisition, product development, program and product management and process and product improvement. A former lecturer in the department of computer science at the University of the Orange Free State based in South Africa, Mr. Richter holds a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence (AI), a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. |
