Brent leads ClearPoint’s customer implementation and support services organization. He brings practical experience in building, scaling & maturing professional services engineering organizations and delivering superior value to ClearPoint customers. Prior to joining ClearPoint, Brent directed the Professional Services Engineering group at Performix Solutions, a division NICE Systems (NICE, NASDQ). At Performix, Brent led a team focused on delivering performance evaluation scorecard solutions using BI tools, and highly customized data warehouses through a standardized framework.. Brent developed and managed the network, security, implementation, and support infrastructure for hosted supply and contract management software solutions at Emptoris, Inc. Brent holds a BS in IT / Communication Networks from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is an MBA candidate at Babson College. |
