Brent Ryhlick as a professional of more than seventeen (17) years in the commercial real estate industry now serves as a Representative with Corporate Property Dispositions, LLC and operates their Western Regional Office in Southern California. Brent specializes in the disposition of land and retail space for retailers and developers throughout the Western, Midwest and Southwest regions of the United States. Since April of 2000, Brent has closed more than 130 transactions for a value of more than $140,000,000. Brent has always been consistently ranked as a top producer and in 2002 he was awarded and recognized as the Outstanding Performer of Excess Property. Prior to joining Corporate Property Dispositions, LLC, Brent served for four (4) years as a manager for the disposition of excess property for The Home Depot. Brent also served as the Director of Real Estate and Constructions for 3 Day Blinds, Inc where he directed a retail expansion program that increased annual sales from $60,000,000 to over $120,000,000. Brent holds his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Chapman University. Brent also participates as an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
