Mr. Pearson came to Cellnet+Hunt in 2007 from the Bayard Group. Prior to joining Bayard, he was a principal with Cherry Tree Securities, a leading boutique investment bank and funds manager based in Minneapolis. At Cherry Tree, Pearson was responsible for leading a variety of advisory assignments for mergers and acquisitions, financings and direct investments. His work included several assignments in the energy efficiency industry, notably the Bayard acquisitions of Hunt Technologies and Cellnet. Previously, Pearson was a consultant with Cerner Corporation, the world’s leading supplier of healthcare information technology solutions and also a consultant for the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of Iowa. |
