Brent Hodges is a Managing Director in the financial institutions investment banking group of FBR. Mr. Hodges has over 12 years of broad based experience in the origination and execution of capital markets transactions. Mr. Hodges concentrates his efforts on capital raising as well as advising on mergers and acquisitions for consumer and commercial finance companies.
Mr. Hodges has been involved in structuring, marketing and completing capital raises for a variety of finance sectors including auto finance, mortgage lenders and various niche commercial finance companies. Mr. Hodges received a B.S. degree in finance from James Madison University. |
