Current responsibility
Brent Hamann is a Senior Consultant in the Chicago office of Milliman, Inc. He specializes in the area of product, marketing, and distribution consulting for financial services products, including annuities, life insurance, and mutual funds.
Experience
In recent years, he has spent considerable time in the financial products’ marketplace, working with all parties involved - insurance companies, asset managers, financial institutions, and distribution companies.
Mr. Hamann has been active in the insurance and financial services industry for over 18 years. Prior positions include head of a joint venture between a large midwestern stock company and a large mutual fund asset manager, head of business development and product management for the company’s bank channel subsidiary, and head of relationship management for the company’s broker/dealer channel.
Mr. Hamann has been active in the annuity and life insurance industry and has served on several committees, including the Committee of Annuity Insurers.
