Received Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY Plattsburgh.
Over nine years of public accounting experience, including seven years with the Syracuse office of a Big 4 accounting firm, where he specialized in the public company practice providing audit services, business advisory services and both buy-side and sell-side due diligence support in mergers and acquisitions.
Client service experience includes both large multi-national SEC and mid-size manufacturing clients, engineering firms, financial institutions, companies in the energy industry and construction contractors.
Significant SEC reporting experience from over 7 years of servicing multi-billion dollar multi-national SEC manufacturers
Lead Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 implementation on several multi-national manufacturing companies
