Brent Peterson is a principal in the audit service area of EKS&H and has been involved with publicly traded and privately held businesses since 1989. He provides accounting and advisory services to clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, insurance, software and high-technology. Brent also specializes in Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and has assisted many companies in public and private security offerings, as well as merger and acquisition and due diligence. Brent graduated cum laude and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphases in accounting and marketing from the University of Colorado.
