Brent J. Franks is Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Chief Customer Officer, a position to which he was named in December 2006. In this role, he leads the Company’s worldwide growth strategy and works with PBG ’s geographic segment leaders on strategic sales issues. Most recently, Mr. Franks served as Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for PBG North America.
Mr. Franks joined Pepsi-Cola North America in 1982 and has held a variety of increasingly responsible field sales and general management positions. In 1992, Mr. Franks was named General Manager of the Capital Market Unit. From 1995 to 1999, he served as Vice President of Customer Development for the Great West Market Unit. At that time, he was named Vice President of Foodservice in PBG ’s Southeast Business Unit and, the following year, assumed the role of Vice President of Retail Sales.
