Brent A. Lawrence is a director and our Corporate Secretary and resides in Sacramento California. Mr. Lawrence is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Attorney for Business Law Ventures PC which he founded in 1998 in Roseville. Prior to establishing Business Law Ventures Mr. Lawrence was an associate attorney with the law firm of Graham & James and prior to joining Graham & James Mr. Lawrence worked for the law firm of Aylward & Associates in San Diego.
Mr. Lawrence obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California Riverside. Mr. Lawrence obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego and earned a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of California Davis. |
