Mr. Kovach's experience ranges from oil and natural gas operations to owning and operating several hotels in the French Quarter of New Orleans and land development. Mr. Kovach is responsible for the legal, treasury, financial accounting and financial risk management departments of CLK. Prior to his becoming COO/CFO, from June 2003 to April 2004, Mr. Kovach was engaged by CLK Energy as a consultant and business adviser. He was employed by Shell Oil Company and Shell Offshore Incorporated in the land department from 1981 through 1983, when he founded PKR Oil Inc., serving as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kovach graduated from Florida State University in 1980 with a B.S. in Finance and Geology. |
