Duffy is a seasoned engineer with over 15 years experience in delivering enterprise software across financial services and telecommunications sectors. Brendan heads the Market Data Technology division and is responsible for the development, delivery and support of the Wombat product suite. Former COO and VP Commercial Services at Datactics Limited, a UK data quality technology company, Brendan played an integral role in building professional services and delivery infrastructure, which enabled Datactics' expansion into North America and Europe. Prior to Datactics, Duffy spent 9 years at Kainos, one of UK and Ireland's leading specialist Systems Integrators, where he enjoyed successive promotions to become a senior delivery/program manager and solutions architect. Brendan set out to manage and resource multi-disciplined IT teams in their implementation of high-spec bespoke solutions, while responsible for the end-to-end planning of system implementation. Specializing in the delivery and efficient implementation of sophisticated software solutions, Brendan's adept technological skills and problem solving strategies, combined with effective team management makes him an invaluable member of Wombat's growing infrastructure. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Queens University in Belfast. |
