Brendan Dolan joined PerTrac Financial Solutions as CFO in December 2005. Brendan has an impressive background in managerial finance in the software and investment industries. His skill set makes him a valuable asset to the company as PFS continues to grow. Just prior to taking his position at PFS, Dolan served as CFO for Capital IQ, Inc, a $60 million subscription-based, software and content provider based in New York City. When he joined Capital IQ as the head of Finance in November 2000, the company was in its pre-revenue stage. In September 2004, Capital IQ was sold for an amount in excess of $220 million. Some of Dolan's significant accomplishments at Capital IQ include completing an $8 million venture capital-led financing, completing two company acquisitions, and completing the sale of Capital IQ itself to Standard and Poor's, a division of The McGraw Hill Companies.
Prior to joining Capital IQ, Dolan was the Vice President of Financial Accounting for Cantor Fitzgerald in New York City, where he managed a team of 20 professionals and helped to launch the IPO of eSpeed, Inc. Dolan started his career at New York Life Insurance Company, where he worked for ten years, rising from staff accountant to Assistant Vice President within the corporate accounting group. Dolan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Accounting from Iona College. |
