Mr. Marx has practiced law since 1983. His areas of practice include commercial litigation, real estate, and corporate and securities law. The range of clients for which he has provided representation includes both public and private companies in the securities, financial services, real estate, retail sales and medical service industries. He also has extensive experience in the representation of cooperative housing corporations and condominiums. Mr. Marx is admitted to practice law in all New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (B.A., 1979, magna cum laude) and New York University School of Law (J.D., 1983, Executive Editor, Journal of International Law and Politics). He lives with his family in Scarsdale, New York, where he is and has for a long time been active in local civic organizations, as well as charitable organizations dedicated to the homeless and disadvantaged children. |
