Brendan P. McFeely is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property practice group. Mr. McFeely specializes in intellectual property law, with a particular interest in trademark, copyright and unfair competition matters.
Mr. McFeely received his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law in 1998, and his B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University in 1994. He has been practicing various aspects of intellectual property law since his matriculation from law school.
He is a member of the International Trademark Association, where he participates in the Meetings Committee. Brendan is also the author of several articles on trademark and copyright law.
