As Managing Director of the Connect-CTY service, Mr. Cotter is responsible for managing and supporting all initiatives related to the municipal services division of The NTI Group, Inc. He brings to the company an extensive background in developing and managing new ventures with emphasis upon business development, client management, sales, and marketing.

Previous to joining the NTI team, Mr. Cotter was a founder and Chief Executive Officer of the F2F Group, Inc., a leading business and technology process consultancy firm. Founded in 2001, the F2F Group focused upon assisting its clients to achieve explicit business outcomes through demand generation campaigns, sales and marketing services, software process improvements, and statistical research.

Prior to the F2F Group, Mr. Cotter was a founding Principal and President of MeetingMakers, Inc., a web-based event registration software firm. His career has spanned the healthcare, event marketing, communication, and education industries.

Mr. Cotter is a graduate of Saint Michaels College of Burlington, VT. He lives in Acton, Massachusetts and actively manages and participates in a number of cancer-related charity events.
