Brenda has 30 years of extensive experience in wellness and fitness programming for all age groups. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education from Towson State University in Maryland and a Master of Science in Physical Education with an empha-sis in Cardiac Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin. Brenda was appointed as Chairperson for the Maryland Advisory Council on Physical Fitness and serves on the boards of the National Health and Fitness Association, the Advisory Board for the International Council on Active Aging, and the American Breast Cancer Foundation. Brenda is a recent recipient of the Health Educator of the Year Award from the American Association for Health Education and the prestigious William Anderson Award from AAHPERD.
Within Corporate Fitness Works, Brenda conducts leadership and team training, drives the wellness program development and implementation, and champions the team and public relations for the company. |
