Brenda R. Berg is an associate in the Denver office and her practice focuses on employee benefits. Brenda assists employers in the design, drafting, and administration of their employee benefits plans, including all types of retirement plans and health and welfare plans. She regularly drafts and revises benefit plan documents, reviews benefit documents and procedures for legal compliance, and helps in-house legal counsel and human resources departments determine how to best operationally comply with applicable legal and plan requirements.
