She graduated in 1992 from the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. The same year she began her career at Ljubljanska banka in the field of investment banking. Between 1994 and 1998 she was fund manager of Maksima 1 Privatisation Investment Fund at LB Maksima fund management company. Her work included fund management activities, financial analysis, legal procedures, public relations and marketing. In 1998 she started to work for pharmaceutical company Lek, at first as financial analyst and then as deputy director of economics sector and became head of Associated Companies Affairs department. She was in charge of management and controlling of company's subsidiaries abroad and in Slovenia. In 2003 she joined HERMES SoftLab as finance director and member of managing board responsible for support functions of the company. Her functions include strategic finance, group financing and cash management, accounting and financial risk management. As member of managing board she is responsible for human resources, legal matters, IT and purchasing. |
