Ms. Rapp is an associate in the Firm’s Bankruptcy Group. She focuses her practice on bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation. She represents parties to commercial litigation in state and federal court, including disputes involving lien rights and priorities. She served as the Managing Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review and participated in the National ABA Moot Court Competition, in which she advanced to the regional finals. Ms. Rapp’s article concerning the involuntary administration of antipsychotic medication to criminal defendants was published in the May 2004 issue of the University of Richmond Law Review.
