Brandon Brancato was named director of finance and administration at InfoNow in June 2006. During his previous five years’ tenure at the company, he served as controller and chief accountant. Brancato has more than ten years of finance, accounting, and Securities and Exchange Commission experience. During his career, he has held positions as an auditor for Arthur Andersen and was chief accountant for Formus Communications. Brancato is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Western Illinois University. |
