Brandon McGrath

V. Brandon McGrath V. Brandon McGrath is an Associate in the firm's Cincinnati office. Brandon is a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group and concentrates his practice in the areas of Admiralty and Maritime Law, ERISA litigation, and insurance litigation. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky at both the state and federal levels. Brandon represents clients in both State and Federal Courts and in administrative proceedings before federal and state agencies. He regularly handles jury trials, administrative hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
