Mr. Tran received his B.A. cum laude in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine in 1999. He earned his J.D. in 2002 from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he was a comments editor for the Asian Pacific American Law Journal and the Pacific Basin Law Journal. Mr. Tran served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ernest M. Hiroshige of the Superior Court of Los Angeles.
