Brandee Caswell brings first-chair trial and appellate experience in the areas of complex commercial and real estate litigation to clients of Faegre & Benson. Brandee has handled a wide variety of commercial cases including complex contract disputes, real estate and natural resources litigation from inception to conclusion. As part of her real estate litigation experience, Brandee has assisted in eminent domain and inverse condemnation cases. Brandee is currently working on complex oil and gas litigation, and just completed significant work on a sand and gravel property dispute. Brandee also has considerable experience litigating junk fax cases arising under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and its state analogues.
