Bradley S. Satenberg has served as Managing Director and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Imperial Capital Bancorp, Inc. and Imperial Capital Bank since July 2005. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer of Imperial Capital Bancorp, Inc. and the Bank since March 2003. Before joining the Company, he worked at BDO Seidman LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP for over 10 years in their financial markets assurance practices. Mr. Satenberg is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his degree in business administration. Mr. Satenberg is also a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
