Bradley W. Evers concentrates his practice in the areas of general business and corporation law. He counsels large and small business enterprises and individuals on a wide range of topics, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contracts and financing. Attending James Madison University, Mr. Evers received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1977. He earned his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in 1980. Mr. Evers served as a General Counsel of the Price Brothers Company of Dayton, Ohio, in an in-house capacity from 1985-1995, and remains that company’s General Counsel. He also serves as the General Counsel and Secretary of the Dayton-Montgomery County Port Authority. He is a member of the Board of Advisors of Mack Industries, Inc., of Valley City, Ohio. His professional memberships include the American, Ohio, and Dayton Bar Associations. Mr. Evers holds public office, serving on the Board of Education for the Centerville City School District. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Education, the Centerville Education Foundation, and the Metropolitan Dayton YMCA. |
