Brad is a Director at Coats Rose, and a member of the Construction/Surety and Litigation sections. He brings nearly twenty years of broad experience to his clients, dealing with a variety of construction litigation issues. He joined the law firm of Sheinfeld, Maley and Kay as an associate in 1988, becoming a partner in 1995. In 2001, Brad joined Coats Rose. Practice Emphasis Brad has represented general contractors, subcontractors, owners, architects and suppliers in a wide range of construction disputes involving private and public, commercial and residential construction projects.
