Brad joined Parkway in 2003 as a Financial Analyst working on numerous acquisitions, joint ventures and dispositions for the company. In 2005, Brad was promoted to Vice President of Joint Ventures & Dispositions. In his role as Vice President, Brad will lead the efforts in executing the company's asset recycling strategy through joint ventures and fee simple sales of selected assets.
Prior to joining the Parkway team, Brad worked as a financial analyst for a telecommunications company where he spent four years working in numerous areas including budgeting, product development, variance analysis, and cost management. Prior to that, he worked as a business analyst in the consulting division of a sofware development firm, providing a critical link between the client and the development team. |
