Principal, is responsible for structuring acquisitions, coordinating due diligence, negotiating debt financings, working with portfolio company management teams on an ongoing basis and arranging for the disposition of investments. Prior to joining Willis Stein in 1996, Mr. Shisler was in the corporate finance group at Simmons & Company International, a specialized investment banking firm in Houston, where he was involved with a variety of mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and financial consulting projects. Previously, he worked as an engineer at Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation. Mr. Shisler earned an M.B.A. with Distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and B.A. in Political Science from Rice University. |
