Mr. Dreyfus specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and real estate transactions.
Mr. Dreyfus received his J.D. in 1998 from Stanford University, where he was an associate editor of the Stanford Law Review. He earned his bachelor’s degree, with high distinction, in accounting from Indiana University in 1995.
Mr. Dreyfus is a member of the California and Illinois State Bar Associations.
