Bradley D. Wiley has been our Senior Vice President and Financial Compliance Officer since 2003. Mr. Wiley served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary from 1996 to 2003. From 1992 until 1996, Mr. Wiley was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Christiania Re Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Christiania General Insurance Corp.
