Bradley A. Singer’s practice focuses primarily on transportation, tort and business litigation. His practice also encompasses insurance coverage and defense matters. Brad was born in Malden, Massachusetts on March 13, 1973. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Emory University in 1995, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Boston College Law School in 2002. Brad began his legal career by serving as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts. Thereafter, he joined Dennis, Corry, Porter & Smith, L.L.P., an Atlanta, Georgia law firm specializing in transportation law. Brad’s practice focused on cargo loss disputes, personal injury cases involving the transportation industry and insurance coverage matters. He has represented many of the country’s leading motor carriers, van lines and insurance companies. Brad is admitted to practice law before the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Georgia, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Boston and Georgia Bar Associations, the Conference of Freight Counsel and the Trucking Industry Defense Association. |
