Bradley A. Krouse serves as the chairman of the Real Estate and Finance Department. His practice includes a full range of real estate activities, including acquisition, sale, leasing, financing and development for a wide array of clients, including shopping center, apartment and office building developers and owners; national retail and office tenants; and private equity funds. Mr. Krouse's areas of particular experience include portfolio transactions and sale leasebacks. Mr. Krouse's recent representative transactions/clients include:
Real estate general counsel for a national private equity fund handling real estate matters throughout the United States, including the largest retail sale leaseback in U.S. history;
Representation of the largest retail power center developer in the Philadelphia metropolitan area;
Representation of one of the largest real estate opportunity funds in the country in a variety of matters, including (i) acquisition of 270-store department store chain, and (ii) the acquisition and redevelopment of office and apartment buildings;
Representation of a real estate office portfolio fund in the acquisition and redevelopment of office buildings;
Representation of largest privately held student housing developer in the U.S. in the acquisition and redevelopment of student housing properties including a strategic joint venture with a prominent University.
