Bradford has the distinction of being the only employee of Verdict Systems that can look out of his office window and see the house he used to live in, the high school he graduated from and the church he attended when he moved to Arizona in 1981. It took a little while after moving from the Buckeye state of Ohio, but he eventually fell in love with the Arizona desert and decided to spend the rest of his days here. Bradford entered the military after high school and spent the next 10 years hopping from post to post as a member of the US Army. After finishing his service, he began attending Arizona State University where he got his first job working with computers. Bradford worked for the College of Engineering fixing desktop computers, installing operating systems, configuring email clients and whatever else his boss threw at him. This experience provided him with a broad foundation in the support field and a great deal of technical knowledge.Later, Bradford went to work for a large broker providing technical support and customer service to investors. He received massive amounts of customer service training which helped him learn how large an impact it has on customer relations and customer loyalty. Three years later, Bradford was laid off when the dot com bubble burst. Although disappointed at the time, the layoff would eventually lead to his employment with Verdict Systems. Bradford began working for Verdict Systems the Friday before Thanksgiving in 2003. He operates the Video Services section of the company and provides Technical Support to our retail customers. He recently passed his first Microsoft certification exam and is now officially a Microsoft Certified Professional. Bradford is currently pursuing additional certifications in database design and administration. Bradford is married with two children, one dog, a house in the suburbs, etc. If you ask him, he will tell you that this is the best job he has ever had in his life. That's why we don't ask him very often, we're sick of hearing it. |
