Mr. Schneider has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer for MicroSat Systems since its inception. He has more than 25 years experience in the aerospace industry in corporate finance and strategic marketing. Mr. Schneider was instrumental during the incorporation of the Company in 2001 and the development of the Company’s business operations infrastructure. He has demonstrated sound financial management and leadership by consistent achievement of annual corporate growth objectives. Prior to joining MSI, Mr. Schneider spent 14 years with the Lockheed Martin Corporation and four years with Raytheon.At Lockheed Martin, he provided Business Management leadership for numerous research/development and satellite programs including NASA and Department of Defense (DoD) missions. He was instrumental in increasing Lockheed’s business base by approximately $500 million over a five year period with the successful award of five interplanetary satellite missions. Mr. Schneider successfully led numerous corporate "must-win" procurement opportunities and achieved annual long-range orders, sales and profit goals in accordance with corporate requirements, focusing on maximizing stockholder equity. He is the recipient of numerous corporate and customer awards in recognition for leadership and teamwork. At Raytheon, he was responsible for budgeting and forecasting for a major United States Navy production program. Mr. Schneider received a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Brigham Young University. |
