Brad Rice is Starmount's Area Representative for Acquisitions and Development in the Research Triangle area and Eastern North Carolina. He joined Starmount in February of 2001. Mr. Rice has 12 years of experience in real estate in the areas of development and finance. He comes to Starmount after a stint with a Raleigh based developer and nine years at First Union National Bank. Mr. Rice is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA), and The Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR). He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
