Brad has more than a dozen years of experience in the consulting and executive search industries. During this time, he has developed relationships with and conducted searches for many leading healthcare, technology and financial services companies. In 1997, Brad founded Global Healthcare Partners, a Midwest recruiting firm specializing in retained and interim placement for healthcare organizations. Two years later, he capitalized on the opportunities of burgeoning Internet and technology markets by forming Global Net Partners. Motivated by a desire to create a streamlined executive search process focused on client service and satisfaction, Brad formed BeechTree Partners in 2002. Determined not to get tied down by rigid policies and contracts, Brad has organized BeechTree around the principle of flexible response to client needs. Rather than attempting to perform all services for all clients, Brad has focused on building intense, long-term relationships with a select few. Brad has also served as the vice president of a national retained executive search firm, specializing in mid-to-senior level executive searches for managed care, physician groups, hospital systems and information technology companies. Brad is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), who is committed to upholding the legal and ethical standards of recruiting. He began his college education at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, and finished in Business Administration at The Ohio State University. Brad is listed in the executive edition of Who’s Who in America, and is an active member of many national business and healthcare associations. |
