He leads a consultative sales team who work closely with talent acquisition leaders from major corporations to more effectively utilize online recruitment resources, technologies and customized support services to fulfill key recruitment initiatives, financial performance goals and gain a clear competitive advantage in their recruitment operations. As sales Director, Brad provides strategic coaching on key opportunities, manages sales forecasts and achievement of client retention/growth and new client acquisition objectives. He has more than 8 years of business development experience in the recruitment advertising, human resources consulting and staffing industries.
