Brad Hoffman is from the Boston area and graduated from Bucknell University in 1980. He was recruited by Procter & Gamble and joined their Sales Management Training Program as a Sales Representative in Baltimore in 1980. He was promoted several times and then to District Manager in the Packaged Soap & Detergent division in 1987. He has called on major customers like Kroger, Wegmans and Winn-Dixie. He led organizations of up to 40 people and $500 million in sales. He also led some of P&G's first category management initiatives with customers, led multi-functional customer teams, and recruited, trained and developed sales organizations. Brad also led P&G's recruiting teams at Harvard Business School, University of Rochester, Colgate, and others. He left P&G in 1993 to become a General Manager at a small company and then co-founded the Hoffman Partnership Group in 1995. |
