Brad Berg is responsible for EED's finances, human resources, IT, corporate compliance and security, and facility management. For over 20 years, Brad has played a significant role in public offerings, mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he has served as senior finance officer at both public and private companies in the Seattle area and before that he was an audit partner at the certified public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand (PricewaterhouseCoopers). Brad serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Washington, Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, CA, the Advisory Board of Childhaven and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
