Mr. Godfrey, who joined us in 1988, was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in February, 2006. During his tenure with us, he has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility and scope within the Company, including Senior Vice President-Global Operations. He served as the CAPS Division President from July, 2003 until February, 2006. |
