R. Brad Martin is the retired Chairman of the Board of Saks Incorporated ("Saks"), Birmingham, Alabama, a retail merchandising company. Prior to May 2007, Mr. Martin was the Chairman of the Board of Saks, and prior to January 2006, Mr. Martin was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Saks. Mr. Martin is a director of two other public companies, Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. and Gaylord Entertainment Company. He has been a director since 1994. |
