Mr. Behar represents clients in a variety of industries, including entertainment and merchandising, agricultural products, financial services, pharmaceutical products, sleep disorder products, publishing, clothing, trucking, picture frame moulding, frozen novelty products, nutritional supplements, horse feed and supplement products, frozen sea food products, clothing, furniture, anti-terrorism equipment products, environmental treatment systems, and motor vehicle equipment.
Mr. Behar has worked on many litigations in state and federal courts and in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Behar has licensing and design patent experience and he has also worked on matters concerning disputes over domain names and rights of privacy.
Prior to joining Kenyon & Kenyon Mr. Behar was a design engineer with over 4 years of experience with water and wastewater treatment facilities. Mr. Behar is a New York State licensed Professional Engineer. |
