Mr. Skinner was born on February 12, 1948. He has worked for Grupo TMM in a variety of capacities since 1994, initially managing TMM’s land based transportation companies and later leading the project to privatize Kansas City Southern de México (f/n/a TFM, S.A. de C.V.), serving as Executive Vice President through 1998. He left TMM in 1999 but returned in 2000 to assist the Chairman and President of TMM in the areas of Strategic Development and Investor Relations. He is currently TMM Logistics CEO and Investor Relations Senior Vice President. Previously, Mr. Skinner held several management positions to include Intermodal Vice President for Southern Pacific, Managing Director of American President Lines, Senior Vice President for Burlington Northern Motor Carriers and Director of National Accounts for Schneider National. Mr. Skinner graduated from Portland State University with a degree in economics, political science and urban planning. |
